- The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of 50% payment.
- Please provide accurate personal information for a hassle-free experience.
All bookings made through our website are subject to availability. Payment for services must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other secure online payment options.
- Cancellations made 45 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 15-30 days will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date.
Important Note: The cancellation and refund policy applies only to the entire tour or package and not to the safari. Safari bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
Safari bookings are subject to availability in the selected safari zones. We recommend booking in advance to secure your dates. Availability may be impacted due to weather conditions or park restrictions.
- Strictly adhere to the guidelines provided by the park authorities during your stay.
- Respect the wildlife and maintain a safe distance to ensure your safety and theirs.
- Littering, hunting, and any form of disturbance to the ecosystem are strictly prohibited.
- Accommodation facilities are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- The final allocation of rooms/cottages is at the sole discretion of the park authorities.
- Any damage to the property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
- We provide transportation services from nearby cities to Corbett Park at an additional cost.
- Our experienced drivers ensure a comfortable and safe journey for all guests.
