Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure you have clarity regarding our cancellation and refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully.

General Cancellation Policy

- All cancellations must be made in writing (via email or through our website).
- The date of cancellation will be the date on which we receive the written request.
- Cancellations will be processed based on the date of cancellation and the time remaining until the check-in date.

Refund Policy

- Refunds for cancellations will be processed to the same method of payment used for booking.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method (typically 7-14 business days).
- Any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Full Refund

- You will be eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 45 days prior to the check-in date.
- This applies to the entire tour or package, excluding non-refundable components like safari bookings.

Partial Refund

- If you cancel your booking between 15 to 30 days before the check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund.
- A cancellation fee of 50% will be deducted from the total payment.

No Refund

- No refund will be provided if the cancellation is made within 15 days of the check-in date.
- Safari bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.

Special Cases

- In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we will try to accommodate changes to your booking without penalty.
- In some cases, we may offer a travel credit or reschedule your booking instead of a refund.
